CiderMaster

Overview

CiderMaster is a a web-based application to enable craft cider makers to track their product from apple (& pear) harvest through pressing and fermentation to packaging and sale. It will also record production of unfermented juice.

Among the many features are:

1. Maintain details of fruit sources and characteristics
2. Record harvest quantities, characteristics and usage
3. For each cider, record each stage in production, including:
   • Juicing
   • Water and sugar additions (if you must!)
   • Blendings
   • Racking
   • Periodic measurement
   • Packaging
   • Gravities, alcohol levels and sulphite levels are all tracked
   • If you enter details of fruit used in pressings, all fruit composition will be tracked through any blendings
4. Record package types and stock levels (empty and filled)
5. Record sales to each customer (stock records are automatically updated)
6. Various parameters and measurement units are configurable
